Matthew Owens is a Professor of Economics at Northern Michigan University. He earned a PhD in Economics from George Mason University and a BS in Mathematics and Economics with a minor in Global Affairs at George Mason University. His research interests include Defense and Peace Economics, Austrian Economics, and History of Economic Thought.
